Hello everyone! I just wanted to have a quick post sharing an exciting event that I think might interest those of you who are in Australia!
Anna Polyviou, the executive pastry chef of Shangri-La Sydney, is organising a patisserie fair (sort of) in Sydney with some of the amazing Australian pastry chefs – Kirsten Tibballs from Savour School for Chocolate and Patisserie, Tim Clarke from Cacao Fine Chocolates, Bernard Chu from Luxbite, Adriano Zumbo from Adriano Zumbo Patissier and Min from N2 Extreme Gelato.
It is $55 for 10 food tokens and you get to try (I am assuming) treats from all these stars of the Australian Sweets Scene.
Definitely worth the trip if you are into pastries!!!!!
